FOR A REFUND TO QUALIFY
- Return/Refund claim needs to be initiated within 15 Business Days of your Purchase.
- Products need to be unused.
- Products need to be in original packaging.
- Once approved for a Refund, Products need to be received in our warehouse within 10 Business days of approval.
- Products need to pass Inspection. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do no meet these conditions.

PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN/REFUND
- “Last Call” (Clearance) Items
- Customized/Personalized Items
- Items subject to Sanitary Standards (ie. Whistles, Straws, etc.)

RETURNS PROCESS
1. Reach out to us via email, phone or live chat to let us know your concerns.
2. Our fabulous team members are well trained and will be able to let you know if your return qualifies for a refund.
3. Once we provide you with a Return Reference number, put the products into a box and mail them back to our warehouse (indicate the Return Reference # on the outside of the box).
4. Once the products are received by our warehouse and are inspected, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
5. Once approved, you should receive your refund within 10 Business days.

RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking Fees? Hell no! If you aren’t satisfied with the products, why should you have to pay a dime?! You can rest assured that there are no restocking fees or anything else like that!


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Should your shipment arrive with Damaged or Missing items, we want to hear from you!
Our team will work with you to fill the appropriate claims with the appropriate parties.
About That Night will not be held responsible for damaged products and/or missing packages resulting from errors made by the Shipping Carrier.
All claims for Damaged or Missing Items need to be initiated within 2 business days of the receipt of your shipment.
